Personal in Hochschule und Wissenschaft entwickeln

Strategie – Praxis – Forschung

Personnel development is a challenge and an opportunity for the entire academic institution. Personal in Hochschule und Wissenschaft entwickeln is therefore aimed at all employees, from the personnel development department to individual managers in science and administration, and supports them with coordinated information, concepts and tools to develop strategies for successful personnel development in science, to establish personnel development as a core area of strategic development, to reach managers and win them over for personnel development, to reflect on and further shape their own personnel development and to transfer current research findings into practice.

Five issues a year provide background knowledge, practical solutions and examples of best practice from recognised experts. Our experienced and distinguished team of editors guarantees the quality of the articles.
