Die Zeitschrift für französische Sprache und Literatur (ZFSL), gegründet 1879, ist eine traditionsreiche Fachzeitschrift mit einem programmatischen Schwerpunkt auf Beiträgen zur Sprache und Literatur Frankreichs in der gesamten historischen Breite und unter Berücksichtigung aktueller literaturwissenschaftlicher und linguistischer Forschungsfragen. Sie bietet darüber hinaus ein Forum für Arbeiten zur aktuellen Theoriebildung sowie für, auch komparatistisch angelegte, Artikel zur Frankophonie und zu den Regionalsprachen in Frankreich, insbesondere zum Okzitanischen. Die Zeitschrift verfügt über einen umfangreichen Rezensionsteil.

Abhandlungen in deutscher, französischer oder englischer Sprache sind willkommen; die Annahme der Beiträge unterliegt der Auswahl durch ein international besetztes comité de lecture.

Fondée en 1879, la Zeitschrift für französische Sprache und Literatur (ZFSL) est une revue spécialisée, de longue tradition, consacrée à des contributions relatives à la langue et la littérature françaises dans toute leur ampleur historique tout en tenant compte de questions de recherche actuelles dans les domaines littéraire et linguistique. Elle constitue également un lieu d'échanges réunissant des travaux qui contribuent à l'actuelle formation de théories ainsi que des articles – éventuellement comparatifs – sur la francophonie et les langues régionales en France réservant une place particulière à l'Occitan. Une riche section de la revue est par ailleurs consacrée aux comptes-rendus.

Les ouvrages en allemand, français ou anglais sont les bienvenus ; les articles publiés sont sélectionnés et examinés auparavant par un comité de lecture de composition internationale.

The Zeitschrift für französische Sprache und Literatur ("Journal for French Language and Literature") is an academic journal with a programmatic focus on articles on French language and literature that has enjoyed a long tradition since its foundation in 1879. It aims to encompass all historical periods whilst also taking current literary and linguistic research issues into account. In addition, the journal provides a forum for work on current theory formation as well as containing articles, often with a comparative focus, on Francophone Studies and the regional languages of France with a particular emphasis on Occitan. The journal has an extensive section dedicated to book reviews.

Articles in German, French, or English are welcome. All contributions are selected by an international comité de lecture.
